She moved from Vancouver and Victoria to permanently settle in Fernie. \u00c9lodie is passionate about education. She ran a francophone daycare in Victoria and opened one here in Fernie. Young and energetic, she has prepared wonderful educational programs adapted for all levels. She moved to Fernie in December 2019 and since, offer her services as a parent coach to the families of the community. She is really involved in the association and really attached to the francophone world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tecla Mouchet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Administrator<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tecla Mouchet is originally from Italy and she is a teacher, dietician and mom. She lives in East Kootenay since 2000. Passionate about French language, she became part of the Afros since 2014, facilitated the Association program for 0-4 years old (now called Tiguidous) , and co-create and ran for 2 years the Junior Baguette Club with fun and dedication. She is been working in educational field for more than 15 years and now works in French Immersion since 5 years. She spent a few years in Whistler, working in francophone schools before getting a permanent position at Sophie-Morigeau in Fernie. She is a dance teacher in schools. She is also an interpreter in contaporary dance and founding member of Danse to Go collective.
